How to make it appear on Safari

Quit Safari then use the finder to go to ~Library/Safari. Move WebpageIcons.db to the trash. Next time you restart Safari and navigate to altamontpress.com, the feather favicon will appear. No harm in deleting the file--Safari rebuilds it as required.
