Sacramento Incident this morning?

Has anyone heard of an incident this morning around Sacramento involving a freight car catching fire? My parents are on #11 today on the way down to L.A. after visiting us up here in Seattle. Just talked to them, they are over 4 hours late after being held for over 3 hours this morning just north of Sacramento. The only information the Amtrak conductor provided was that a freight car had caught fire and they had to wait for the fire department to give the all clear.
