IAIS (ex-CRI&P) Bureau-Peoria line sees one or more trains each way daily now, thanks in part to growing traffic online and via the Crandic connection at Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the NS haulage trains between Des Moines and Peoria.

BNSF (ex-AT&SF) Chicago-Galesburg main line sees an enormous volume of intermodal and manifest trains daily. Much less interesting of an operation than the IAIS, actually.
