Article on Sunpower CEO's "intiative" (no further info in article) on turning Caltrain into a 45 minute ride between San Francisco and San Jose via electrifications.

Photo in the article is of Caltrain F40PH-2 907 pushing a train under the Shoreline Blvd overpass in Mountain View...and 907 is named for the city of "Mountain View."

I thought Caltrain is already going to electrify based on the below:
