Some interesting information on the new Highline Grain loader to be built at Four Lakes, WA on Eastern Washington Gateway RR. Also some interesting info on the State wanting to rebuild the CW branch from Cheney to Geiger Spur (as part of the Highline project)

Looking at the property for Highline Grain, you can still see remnants of the old W.W.P. ROW for their interurban line from Spokane to Cheney crossing the site...
