Absolutely fabulous! Thanks very much for the photos.

You can see why people are willing to pay $1m+ for a fixer-upper or even a tear-down there. Beware of the Coastal Commission though - they might not like your plan for a McMansion...

As far as the bridge is concerned - looks like full-scale KNex. My other half is a KNex addict (roller coaster set is the latest to take over the living room).
