FYI and FWIW, a new swarm of earthquakes has begun on the south side of Lassen Peak, a.k.a. Mt. Lassen. This is just a short distance from the BNSF Gateway Subdivision near Almanor and Westwood.
This swarm bears watching as there has also been the large swarm of earthquakes in NW Nevada, about 65 miles east of the CA state line and just south of the OR border.
The USGS map shows the locations of today's swarm, but for some reason, the URL does not want to paste properly when trying to create a hyperlink to the local map. Here is the link to the USGS main page.
