Maybe, those ties and in picture number 10 are part of the secret evil BART/NWP/Smart conspiracy by all of those registered PE's to use inferior rail and evil concrete ties on all new passenger rail systems???

Looks normal to me, and I've inspected it in person......

Wire is in to the 210 bridge, and further down through other parts of Monrovia. They appear to be waiting to relocate an overhead electrical line to finish through downtown Arcadia.

The track work is finished, except at the maintenance facility, and the park & rides are finished at Arcadia and Monrovia. They are now in the process of redoing the Monrovia depot.

It's just too bad that this line will be soon be completely finished, but because of the time wasted on the four year attempt to steer the vehicle contract to Breda, that it will be potentially delayed up to a year in actually opening to the public.
