1) It isn't a "superstorm" - it's just bigger than average for this time of winter, when it isn't even technically winter yet.

2) Sure, there's always the potential for flooding in spots, but roads are more affected (by leaves etc in the storm drains) than railroads.

If UP panics, they might slow down some trains in windy areas; otherwise, it's business as usualy as it always is - the freight must go through!
