OK, but what's the power source and what's the transmission? Anyway, any machine that converts energy from one form to another, producing power (energy per time), increases entropy; unless you can *decrease* entropy while operating the machine, you can't have perpetual motion. A common restatement of the fundamental laws:

You can't win;
You can't break even;
And you can't get out of the game.
