The trains have an excellent safety record, compared to most of the idiots driving the cars.....who cause virtually 100% of these types of accidents.

Someone will live to hopefully enjoy Christmas, and thus, will not be nominated for this years Darwin Awards.......

I sure hope that Caltrain files a claim against their insurance company, though.
