I agree. "Getto" is a word that is pretty much worn out these days. With all the homeless camps out there [mostly white], the loss of cargo can occur anywhere these days. The special agents at the UP here in Portland OR have told me about a certain siding out in the gorge that the dispatchers try to keep the stack trains from being parked. The "locals" have it down to an art. The ramps also try and not load 40s in a 53ft well. That's just asking for trouble.
