Richmond Pacific and BNSF: What Do they Interchange?

I have seen the RPRC yard their trains in the BNSF Richmond yard by pulling up the tunnel lead. The other night I caught them leaving the yard with a long enough train that required them to pull through and several car lengths past the west portal of the tunnel!

Anyways I was curious is it a mixture of loads and empties both ways?
