According to a friend in the industry, Brookville locomotive will be installing the control system. Not sure if this means the the actual hardware, or just the software and debugging. I assume this will be the system they are going to use:

Western Washington #23 is a modified SW9 originally built for Inspiration Consolidated Copper in Miami, AZ. I believe it became Arizona Eastern, then to Western (D), then to Frontier Rail. Frontier first assigned it to Railex at Wallula, then to MOR at Boardman, now to Western Washington (Frontier and Nexxtrail are the partners in Western Washington).
