I drove by the Dixon loader today. I couldn't see for sure if the switch lead was still there, but a searchlight signal still "protects" the double track main about a 1/4 mile from the loader.

I think the Sugar Mill in Clarksburg was at one time a sugar beet processing facility. It houses numerous wineries now and the tracks to it have been removed all the way back to West Sacramento.
