As someone who now lives out the area these and other pictures are a godsend. What best about the picture is future historian will have a base to work from. Two questions have been answered for me. One is they are still laying track pass Pacheco Street and heading for the tunnel. The second one, they truck the machinery in for laying down and locking in the track.
