SMART Haystack Bridge Refurbishing at Mare Island

Scroll right and left to view the scene. All the green and white metal parts are the new bridge. I was told it will be trucked to Petaluma for installation but have also heard it will be put together in Mare Island and barged up the Petaluma River.
