Derailed Train that Erupted in Flames Hauled Newer-Model Tank Cars

The "newer model" tank cars are not in fact the ones designed to meet the newest (just proposed) standards - they're an interim model that beefs up the old -111's a bit. Obviously, considering this week's shenanigans in Canada and W. Virginia, not enough, though of course trains are not supposed to go walkabout off the tracks to start with.
