Well since I attended Winterail 2008 and bought the California Timetable 19 - I can provide some answers.
Donner Pass does NOT look like it had any big changes to the radio setup.
The only Donner Pass changes that I can see listed is DS 274 now split at NEWCASTLE NOT Bowman with the same freqs you have for each DS.
In Reno--Sparks the ONLY ROAD channel listed is DS 274 on AAR 14 or 160.320.
Does anyone know how far east DS 274 currently goes in Nevada and the freqs.
161.550 AAR 96 is NOT listed anywhere on the Donner Pass pages in California TT 19.
161.400 AAR 86 is still the Roseville Yard command channel listed for inbound Donner Pass trains
The only other change that I have seen that jumps out at me is on the BNSF Stockton Sub (San Joaquin Valley).
What was listed as 161.385 is NOW ON AAR 68 or 161.130 from MP 1008 to 1064 or between Figarden--Gregg sidings AND Fluhr siding (Winton - Atwater area). This would affect the Amtrak San Joaquin Corridor and most BNSF freight trains. I wonder when the BNSF made that Stockton sub change???
BTW west of Stockton the Stockton Sub DS handles ALL the railroad west to Richmond.
That radio split is at BIXLER siding MP 1139 between 160.650 AAR 36 on EAST side AND 160.560 AAR 30 on WEST side of Bixler.
Bixler is located about 3 miles east of the little town of Knightsen, California in the California Delta area.
