There was speculation in the LA Daily News that the Starlight was involved. Not the case. It passed through Simi Valley about 20 minutes before the accident according to Amtrak's web status reports, and arrived in LA early (not a Starlate today!). Most likely victim is 796, which was to stop at Camarillo at 8:02 PM.
