My Dad, Vern D (Brownie) Brownell was the last CB&Q RR Section Foreman to live in the white section foremon house next to the Bridge. He was stationed there from Nov 1963- Dec 1965 when the BN took over and moved the section into Guernsey. I stayed in the east upstairs bedroom on weekends during the summer of 1964. One building closest to the section house was C&S RR building, I think for train crews. The old RR Car Bodies were for the Q 's section hands. The Depot area to the West had been completely destroyed by the BN merger. The buildings are all in bad shape as if Nov 17, 2020 as I went out and took a few pictures and showed my wife my parents best Section House they ever lived in plus the only one with in door plumbing.
