AFAIK the port slowdown is over and at present there is a traffic spike occurring as they tackle the backlog. Grain traffic will likely be down although I wouldn't rule it and Ethanol moves out.
Now, when I went up November 17th--the Sunday before they demolished "Overhead 377"--stack traffic was somewhat slow, although manifest, mineral, and grain traffic more than made up for it. Here's a sampling of what I saw from BNSF, according to this fella named 'WilliamFoamer':
