Years ago, on the farm, we used to call that behavior 'culling the herd'. I still think that, except now I have more compassion for the remaining families and innocent people involved with these knuckheads' driving, walking on tracks, generally zombie actions. I get scared just going to the local grocery store anymore, and that is just in the parking lot. If you say something to these folks, or even look at them, they get all pissed off like their idiot driving is my fault. In the Philippines, they do this for population control, but here in the States, what is the reason? When I was 5 years old, I was taught to think about what I was doing, and that is why I have lived this long to complain the way I do.
