Catching the VLA Railroad in Action

The VLA webste publishes a schedule of their configurations: https://science.nrao.edu/facilities/vla/proposing/configpropdeadlines

As you can see from the table, there is a three day window between configurations April 26-28, so they would be moving the telescopes during that period. Lawn chairs and a large telephoto would be a good idea.
