The Mojave National Parks website lists no showers at the camps I've found. Kelso Dunes also offers camping, but I believe that is also without showers. Joshua Tree has showers if I recall, although that is some distance from the choo choo's.

You may want to try CA State Parks website for campgrounds with showers.

There are truck stops on I-40 and I-15 that do appear to have complete services like showers and laundry that might work to clean up.
