Camping in the Mojave - where to shower?

I'm planning on a camping trip around Cadiz, California. I know exactly where I'm going to camp. But after several days out there, where can I get a shower? Will the motel at Ludlow rent a room for an hour (for less than a full night's price)? Is there anywhere else nearer than Needles or Daggett where I can get a shower?
