Now that is a pretty naïve statement. Organizations in all lines of work hire contractors for specific projects they don't want to staff up for. What do you think contractors do? And where have you been lately? We've just had a few of the most beautiful March days ever in the beautiful, green, Pacific Northwest. If the weather here gets you down, George, I can suggest a few places where you might go.
