Except the dollar has been consistently rising. The dollar is the world's main reserve currency. When things are not looking good elsewhere, as at present, people buy dollars.

When Chicken Little is believed the dollar goes up, not down. This summer will be a good time for European travel. They will be happy to accept your "worthless" dollars.

And here I am... answering the troll :-)
