No Carol, it is a reference to "WestCoastRailFan", a pretty darn good site. It was a creation of a fellow by the name of Chris Walker I was real sorry to see it shut down. And also, to the above poster that mentioned that there was no notification, Chris did in fact put out word, through a post, that he was shutting down the site.
