Central Marin Bike Ferry Connection

It's a ped-bike bridge supposed to connect the SMART station and the SMART multipurpose path to the ferry terminal and to the paths coming from the Ross Valley and Southern Marin. Makes the route to southern marin straighter and shorter and avoids a road crossing but doesn't do much for connecting to the ferry as there is a more direct bridge route through the shopping center.
