Interesting train through Berkeley today.

Hi all, I was hoping someone could shed a little light on an interesting train that ran Westbound on the Cap-P line through Berkeley at around 9AM this (Thursday) morning.
It was led by a SF warbonnet, a green BN, and another warbonnet, which was cool enough, but I was really wondering about the rest of the train: All marine(40')doublestacks, and then 2 mid train DPUs, and then all domestic(53') doublestacks. I'm assuming that the domestic end and the DPUs get cut off somewhere? If anyone could tell me more about this train (Where's it go? where does the domestic section get cut off? why not 2 trains?) that'd be neat.
Thanks!
