Updated So Cal Local Freight Guide

Should be on Amazon in a few days, but wanted to alert folks that this is coming (and available from CreateSpace now).

To be 100% transparent, the idea of a website to keep up with changes never worked out. It was too big an additional chore with the rest of life and I apologize for that.

The new version is as up to date as I could get it with the information that was available.

There are no pictures in the new version. I wanted to stay on cheaper paper and they just looked terrible (muddy) in the last version, so I went back to no pictures.
