How does this railroad pay its employees? How much revenue can the line be generating moving a few cars from the Watsonville yard a half mile away. Freight chances up north seems unlikely. With the limited freight and passnger potential how will they have enough revenue to ever be profitable....and god forbid it ever rains again. One good storm can be awfully expensive.
