Would they get mad if I served a meal as a waiter on one of the business cars and had a radio scanner clipped to my belt?

Would I be able to shoot pictures from the vestibule after the serving of the salad and before the main course?

Will the business car trains have any photo run-bys so I can get some really neat pictures?
