Passenger miles have been rare for quite a while now on the NWP. And, you're right, they won't be anymore......
It is great to see these assets put to another worthwhile transportation use, rather than destroying what remains of this infrastructure and ROW.
And, given the nattering nabobs of negativism, which seems to dominate some of the politics of transportation today, emanating from the likes of the train haters, nimby's, and nitwits, it's always reassuring to see that we can still, occasionally, pull these things off.......
And, there's nothing empty about you.....except maybe, for a glass or two of good cab....?
