My understanding is that a couple trains a week go to the landfill. UP removed the tracks beyond the landfill to Condon by the mid-1990's.

I have a website with some coverage of the UP Condon branch at [www.trainweb.org] (scroll down to the Condon Branch section) and a website on the Condon Kinzua & Southern at [www.trainweb.org]
