Looking at all 3 videos, it appears to be a double track BNSF mainline crossing a single track something else. All were taken by "Treyvs" whose name is "Chuck" and who has posted a total of 404 videos on youtube. He lives in Hutchinson KS. Here is a link to his youtube profile:

The video labeled "BNSF 4105 West with CSX GEVO in consist" has in its text "A BNSF Grain train West to Dodge City." Many of his videos were shot in Hutchinson KS. I will take a wild guess and speculate that this crossing is where the UP's former MP line crosses the former ATSF mainline.

You could sign onto youtube and send Chuck an message, asking him about the location.
