BNSF train crews, dispatch, and track maintenance/track.

Amtrak maintains the trains at the Seattle coach yard. Occasionally for heavy maintenance you'll see a Sounder engine taken down to Los Angeles via the Coast Starlight.

King County and Pierce County Sheriffs' Offices provide security, along with Wackenhut private security guards.
