BNSF-UP Richmond Connector Connected

The switch is now in connecting the siding at Rheem to the connector. There is still a set of switch and frog panels. I wonder where that will be installed? Will BNSF still run stack trains into Richmond yard ever and if so will they leave for the port via the industrial back alley trackage through Richmond's port area to Stege?
