So Eugene-Seattle will be using Superliners on the Starlight's schedule, instead of just putting passengers on one of the Cascades?

Near as I can figure this would mean that 5 sets of equipment will be needed to for this operation, as opposed to the normal 4 sets. With equipment so tight throughout the system, would this cause any sort of equipment shifts elsewhere?
