NCRA in behalf of NWP has OFFICIALLY applied for an ISTEA Grant and and TIGER grant to open up to Ukiah. They are also fishing for other monies. It is their plan to be open late next year or in early 2017. If they get to Ukiah, there are a number of prizes awaiting, including Parnum Sand, Gravel and Asphalt in Ukiah, Mendocino Forecast Products and Redwood Lumber Co. in Cloverdale whom now reloads some loads at Standard Structures north of Santa Rosa. This potential business alone would lead to 5 to 10 outbound loads a day, not counting the current business.
