All ballasted and everything. I suppose they will need to bring the aligner and tamper up here to truly complete the business. Of course that stuff can be trucked in but right now these tracks do not connect to the rest of the SMART main. The Shimmick side of the construction ends a hundred feet or so from the Civic Center Station where the Stacy Whitbeck Herzog-built tracks end.
I don't know what's going on other side of tunnel or inside tunnel.
