Key point is that this is a USGS publication, albeit an old one. Getting it from the USGS site should ensure that you get as complete and clear a copy as possible, and for free because it's a federal government publication (other sites sometimes charge for copies they've made).

Interesting to see Diller associated with essentially a travel publicaction like this. He's more often associated with serious studies of volcanoes and the like.
