That is somewhat a typical consist. Always woodchips outbound from Bonner. Log loads can go to the Rustic Road crossing near the east end of the siding for trucking to a lumber mill; or they could be chipper logs going to the place that chips them at the old mill site. Thus the mty log bunks in PDX's photos. And occasionally there will be a centerbeam load to Bonner for a veneer place.
