Don’t waste your money on something that in a best case scenario is nothing more than a brand new static display. This thing will never get built, and even if it is, there is nowhere to run it! This group has absolutely NO plans for:

Where to run it

Where to store/house it

Where to maintain it

Where to build the locomotive and its components

If their “improved design” is even going to overcome the failures of the originals


What a waste of money and effort! There are restoration projects all over the country that are much more deserving of your time and money than this. These clowns are only hurting legitimate restoration and preservation projects that actually have a chance of doing some good for the railroad history world.
