How can you be so forward as to accuse any person, BNSF Employee or otherwise, of being incompetent regarding radio addressed mandatory directives? Is it so lost on you the acute degree of militancy mandated on such a benign set of written instructions? Can YOU do it flawlessly?
Are you remotely aware how ridiculous this process has become? Or perhaps more to the point, as to the root cause of this mother-may-I idiocy... that perhaps it is actually your own dispatchers who consistently rushed through the process of granting real estate to those ever-crawling train symbols creeping accross the screen and gave OK times to incorrect warrants?
