This train --- or much of it at least, including the "stars and stripes" car --- passed eastbound through Sunol, CA about 2 p.m. Sunday, just as one of Niles Canyon Railway's trips from Niles was making its Sunol station stop. It was a pleasant surprise for several NCRy passengers, including me. Not sure if this was the exact same consist, car for car, as above ("Idaho" trailed)
