When will skunk route reopen?

Does anyone have a update on the Skunk route from Fort Bragg to Northspur? I had reservations rescheduled and cancelled twice due to track work. I am hoping they can get this beautiful railroad back in operation, its been 20 years since I rode it last and its at the top of my bucket list.
