Maybe 1/2 hour ago I saw the local with a pair of mt centerbeams (and only one unit, unusually) between Sunrise and Hazel. Plodding along toward the junkyard and the runaround at the end of the line. So whatever's being done with the ties isn't preventing some normal business from being done.
