Rheem Transfer update

Amtrak engine 144 and two cars are at BNSF Richmond yard for emergency responder training, they are at the west end of the yard near the yard office. I have been told they will be then used after the training to test PTC interface over the Rheem Transfer to Port Chicago. Testing Amtrak PTC with BNSF's "enhanced" ABS/TWC and PTC implementation.
